Hello, please allow us to introduce ourselves.
We are a group of POC creators looking to raise the voices of other POC creators in the TTRPG space. We wish to achieve a vision of elevating POC Voices in the TTRPG space primarily through publication of a quarterly zine.
We will feature original content by, interviews with, resources for, and promotion of POC creators. It is also central to our mission that our creators receive equitable payment for their work and transparency surrounding rates.
We started as a team of hopeless romantics, all of us in love with the idea of seeing faces that look like ours in the TTRPG space. Born out of the frustration of a lack of representation we came together and said, "Let's just do it ourselves." It was that simple.
We now aim to collect the stories, histories, and culture of POC creators and unite them through a TTRPG lens. We want these creators to be able to bring what makes them unique and to share their voices where they have not been heard before.
All the while giving them a platform that can help them grow. We want it to be known what it means to be a POC in the TTRPG space.
We have secured an initial grant to hire writers, artists, and editors for our first issue of Apochromatic Unlimited. With this publication we plan to establish a model for our growth and build the revenue stream to support the publication of future issues.
